    Submicron Particle Dispersion Efficiency

    The sand mill achieves high-precision particle size reduction with a rate ≥ 0.1 μm/h. It is specifically designed to refine slurry from D50 = 0.8–1 μm down to 0.50–0.63 μm, ensuring that D90 remains under 1.3 μm. This level of control is critical for LTCC and MLCC processing where uniform dielectric properties are required.

    Equipped with a forced sealing solvent circulation cooling system, the machine maintains strict temperature stability during high-speed milling. This prevents the degradation of heat-sensitive ceramic formulations and stops solvent evaporation, which is essential for maintaining consistent slurry viscosity across 100+ batches.

    Precision Speed & Automation

    Utilizing a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), the rotating shaft offers stepless speed control from 0 to 1500 RPM. Integrated pressure sensors in both the feed pump and grinding chamber, combined with real-time feedback, allow for a fully automated and stable milling process without manual intervention.

    Superior Slurry Uniformity

    Our technology guarantees a tight particle size distribution curve with a uniformity index (D90-D10)/D50 ≤ 1.5. By eliminating minor peaks in the distribution, the system ensures consistent coating quality for multi-layer ceramic stacks and high-frequency electronic substrates.

    High-Purity Material Integrity

    The grinding tank is constructed from high-purity zirconia ceramic, providing excellent wear resistance and ensuring no impurity is introduced during the milling of sensitive materials like alumina, silicon nitride, or conductive pastes.
